Our waiters name was Christian and literally from start to finish he was helpful, polite, he anticipated all of our needs and just went above and beyond! “ Great steakhouse here in Rutland. Stopped in for dinner from the nearby hotel. Friendly and efficient service, nice seating and atmosphere. Wines (foreign and domestic) and cocktails available. My steak was cooked perfectly and was a great meal after a long day of skiing. Finished up with a massive cookie skillet and ate almost the whole thing until my pants started getting tight. After dinner drinks also available! ”
“ My husband and I dined here before a concert downtown one Friday night, and we were so very happy that we did! Debbie was our server and she was fantastic. Very attentive and she timed everything perfectly! It was our first visit there, and she made several suggestions, which we can attest were perfect. Cocktails and bread were accompanied by salads; he had the shaved brussels sprouts while I had the house. Both were delicious, and Debbie gave us just the right amount of time to enjoy the appetizers before taking our main course order. I had the NY Sirloin, which was done to perfection and absolutely melted in my mouth, while he had the pork chop, which was divine! The mashed potatoes were whipped until creamy and smooth as can be. Our only regret - we were so full that we couldn't order dessert. Honestly, the food was amazing, but if we come back, it will be for the service. Debbie was personable without being too intrusive, and obviously cared about her restaurant and wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible. Thank you for helping to make date night a special treat! ”
“ Well I don’t usually give five starts but didn’t really have a reason not to after eating here. Food was great and so was the service. Bathrooms were clean and parking was easy. Grabbed a quick dinner at the bar. Ordered the wagyu burger and a beer. ”

The portions are more than generous and worth every buck! We are out of towner’s they could have easily treated us as such, we felt very welcomed, felt that small town vibe.
